LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
- Dear Back O Beyond Homeowners,
- We are pleased to inform you we have established a new Landscape Committee to benefit our BOBR Community and have asked Jane Wood to be the chair. Jane, (95 Back O Beyond Rd) has qualifications in Botany, is manager of the VOC Pollinator community garden, Co-Manager of the VOC Community Vegetable Garden, and is in training to be an AZ Master Gardener.
- The Committee will be responsible to guide the Board on the common areas of our community i.e., the gate entrance, islands and roadside areas and will use the Design Guidelines for BOBR (Landscape Design Guidelines, page 28) as its guiding principles.
- The first priority will be to generate a plan to sensitively upgrade our entrance area, pruning plants, suggesting new plants, and looking at potential hardscape options. Once ready the plan will be presented to the Board for approval and implementation in 2026.
